What does trulyeed do?

trulyeed is an AI cold-outreach platform. You upload a list of prospects, it writes a unique personalized email for each one, sends them through your own connected Gmail or SMTP mailboxes, and then reasons out engagement-aware follow-ups per prospect — stopping automatically the moment someone replies.

What Gmail data does trulyeed access?

Only what outreach needs: it sends the campaign emails and threaded follow-ups you set up, and reads incoming messages on the threads it started so it can surface replies and stop following up with people who answered. Your Google authorization is stored encrypted, never sold, and you can revoke it any time from your Google Account.

Can I use my own mailboxes and AI keys?

Yes. Connect your own Gmail accounts (on your own Google Cloud OAuth app), or add any provider over SMTP + IMAP. You can also bring your own DeepSeek API key so generation runs on your account. Everything lives in a workspace that is yours alone.

How are the follow-ups different from a normal sequence?

They are reasoned per prospect rather than scheduled for everyone. The engine reads each prospect’s full engagement history, diagnoses where they are, picks an angle it has not used yet, writes that one email just before it sends, and threads it into the live conversation. A reply, unsubscribe, or bounce ends the sequence automatically.

Does trulyeed write replies for me too?

Yes. When a prospect responds, trulyeed drafts the reply from your reply prompt — on-brand and ready in seconds — so you can skim, tweak if you want, and send. It keeps the conversation in the live thread and stops warm leads from going cold while you find time to respond. Most deals are lost not on the first email but on a slow or careless reply; this closes that gap.

Is trulyeed compliant with anti-spam rules?

Every send includes one-click unsubscribe and CAN-SPAM headers. Opted-out contacts are permanently excluded from all future initial and follow-up sends. You remain responsible for lawful outreach and honoring opt-outs.
